We hired Michelle but she didn’t attend any of the open inspections or handle negotiations. We were made to feel like her staff went over and beyond by having open inspections during the week, which is a standard practice for other agents. It seemed like no information discussed at our initial consult was passed on to the other agent and in turn, on to potential buyers. In fact, Michelle's assistant spent more time talking about other properties on her books. Very complacent at the start of the campaign and failed to get a sale when there was sufficient interest in the property.

Working with Michelle to sell my property was great experience. From sign on to getting the property sold, Michelle was always available when I need to chat. Otherwise I just left her to get on with the job. An easy experience helped by Michelle being open and honest with realistic expectations.
