Initially had ruled out our eventual purchase, as a turfed yard and study/5th bedroom were part of our requirements. Michelle understood our needs and obtained several quotes to convert the house to our needs (concrete removal and turfing, and build additional internal room). Given that we would be up for additional costs post-sale, there was still room for negotiation and Michelle was very pleasant to deal with. She even explained the fogo bin collection at the final pre-settlement inspection. Something that she didn’t need to do to secure a sale, but just added that extra personal touch. I hope we don’t have to move again for a very long time, but if we do then I would happily ask Michelle to be our agent.
