Michelle was very professional and nothing was too difficult for her to do for us. It was a difficult sale due to the personal nature of it but she managed to keep everyone well informed as to what was going on. Michelle always did what she said she was going to do. As you dealt with her personally, it was always good to know you were not being passed around... it was her sale and she was going to follow it through to the end.
