I spoke with three companies/agents before, I made my decision to go with Michelle from Belle, & the main reason I chose Michelle was she had, out of the box ideas to precent/sell my home & a real passionate hands on positive approach. The sale went well with a good campaign up front, passed over at auction, however sold with in days, for a record price in the area.
