We were overwhelmed but she came in and took us through the house room by room and advised us how to present or improve to make our place ready for photos and open homes. She helped us out big time, even loaning us stuff to set up for photos and open homes. Her advice was amazing. We did everything she suggested and we got the results. Michelle’s knowledge, honesty and integrity are just a few of the things we treasure in her. Michelle has a happy disposition and always being available when we needed her were way beyond our expectations … not that we knew what to expect… but she shone. Purchasing is easy when going through Michelle. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. She was available at any time and was with me every step of the way. Our Dad needed to move into a nursing home so we needed to quickly clean and organise his house for sale . It was a difficult time for us all, but Michelle made it so easy. She gave us great advice on what to do and not do to the house and yard to get it ready, organised viewings, used her contacts to find potential buyers and managed to get a sale before it was even formally advertised which was a great outcome for us. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and was really understanding of what we were going through at the time. We couldn’t have done it without her!

I recently bought a house from a real estate agent named Michelle. Not only was it a house I bought, it was a “forever home” for my children and I. Michelle was a key part in achieving this purchase for many reasons. She is a very personal estate agent which made the process so much less stressful then what it could have been. She provided a personal touch which made buying a home for my family so much more enjoyable. Buying a house is exciting, but also stressful, but Michelle guided me through every step of the way and was contactable at all hours of the day. Her open and honest communication helped me to make informed decisions, but most importantly, it helped develop a strong buyer/seller bond. I found this was important and highly effective as the small trivial matters, and allowances to flexibility from both parties, were sort out quite quickly and efficiently as the bond was already there. I was impressed with Michelle's level of professionalism including her honesty when it came to taking over the selling of my home from another agent. My house had been on the market for a few months prior to transferring over. With the advice on improving the chance of selling my home and all that was required to achieve that she made it feel effortless. However from her end with her team there was thankless effort involved for which I was greatful as my house sold within 2 weeks from it being put on the market.
