Where do I start?? I cannot say enough of the wonderful experience it has been to work with Michelle? Omg!! In every possible way, we have been guided through this process with 11/10, A1, 5 Star service from Michelle. I found Michelle on Facebook, messaged her about something completely different to selling our houses, then circumstances changed for us personally & we ended up putting our houses on the market. We did co tact other agents but none of them got back to us. We have been super impressed with this house selling journey with Michelle. We went live on Friday, got an offer following Monday. There were things we needed to do prior to signing & Michelle talked us through every step. So I first saw Michelle’s profile on Facebook, & initially asked her if her agency did property managing. In which she replied ‘yes’ & sent me details from that department. In the space of a week we did a 360 turn & decided to sell both properties. So I rang Michelle to tell her of my new plans, & ask if she could help me out. I had reached out to two other agents, with no reply. Too bad for them. Michelle came & met us & reassured us that we were under no obligation to have her represent us in selling our properties. We felt soo relaxed with Michelle, & under no stress what soo ever with any information she had given us. Didn’t hide anything, was very open with us, no hard sales pitching to us, & that’s what made us feel at ease with Michelle. "Set date" sale is difficult for the buyer. Cannot get inspection in time. Vendor can change terms of set date sale, false bidding etc. I would only use a normal sale again.
