So I first saw Michelle’s profile on Facebook, & initially asked her if her agency did property managing. In which she replied ‘yes’ & sent me details from that department. In the space of a week we did a 360 turn & decided to sell both properties. So I rang Michelle to tell her of my new plans, & ask if she could help me out. I had reached out to two other agents, with no reply. Too bad for them. Michelle came & met us & reassured us that we were under no obligation to have her represent us in selling our properties.
