Michelle recently helped sell my investment house and she was absolutely outstanding to deal with.Since I live 1000 km from the property I couldn't be present for the final inspection, nor I could find all trades needed to carry out the required work. Michelle gave wonderful advice on preparing the house for market, recommended trades, who were excellent. She checked the progressing work at every stage. Just on all round super efficient lady, friendly, down to earth and top negotiator. I realy appreciated her advice. Thanks to Michelle entire effort, the house was only on the market for 6 days.
