A 1946 family home in near original state. We had much to do in preparing to sell. With MIchelle Placks experienced organizational skills, expertise and knowledge of preparation, local tradesmen and the local market - a lot of work fell into place quickly and with considerable ease. My family were kept well in touch with the sale process, buyers and their comments as the inspection process took place and we feel quite sure that buyers were equally well looked after during their weeks of interest.
