Below average Performance. Five Issues; 1. Forgot house keys on initial inspection. 2 Was reluctant to open the property for final inspection & said it was 'inconvenient' Had to suggest that she asked a collegue to open for her. 3. Argued about the operation of previously installed reticulation and said the owner 'wouldn't pay for that'. 4. Lost the house keys when I went to open the house on Day 1. Had to get a locksmith to get new keys cut. 5. Security screens on lounge room missing.
