Successful sale of our family home of over 60 years!
On behalf of my sister Therese and myself I would like to thank you for selling our dads house. It was our family home for over 60 years so it was a very emotional time for all of us.
From the initial phone call to Michael I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the local area. When I first met Michael I felt completely at ease with him and when he was on holidays Michelle Graham was just as professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Michael went over and above what I would expect from an agent. He organised a handyman to do a few repairs, he put up light fittings and when there was a mix up with the council garbage pickup he even moved the rubbish to the side of the house before auction day. We really did appreciate his help in all these matters.
We found Michael to be very courteous honest caring and organised. He was always punctual and he kept us informed throughout the whole process.
On the day of the auction both myself and my sister had friends there for support and they constantly say how professional respectful and caring Michael was, so different to many of the other agents in the real estate game.
