Hi Michelle, Thank you for expediting the sale of our villa at 218/9 Dux Drive, Bongaree in a couple of days. You are very knowledgeable about the Over 50’s Resort and its facilities. it was also a pleasure to deal with you. Regards, Jane and John Allen

Great advice in marketing and knowledge and guidance and very easy to talk to.

Michelle’s knowledge of all the aspects of real estate was excellent She really made our moving experience go smoothly

Michelle sold our house within twenty four hours. Everything went smoothly with the sale of our house , no delays and everyone was happy. Amazing.

Michelle was a pleasure to work with and provided friendly, confident, responsive communication right from the start. She really knew the Bribie market place, making us feel reassured about our decision and she made the process so easy and about us. I will highly recommend Michelle.

We had a very quick turnaround between listing and signed contract, less than 24 hours turnaround. This allowed us to complete on the next purchase.

Honest, reliable, hard working, and professional - yet very down to earth! Her knowledge & expertise were immediately apparent, and her willingness to go the extra mile on our behalf, was greatly appreciated. We felt as if we were her only clients!

Knows the over 50’s market inside and out

IfI could give 10 stars I would. Michelle specialises in the Manufactured Homes Sales and from our first discussions I knew she was the agent for me. Sold My property in Gemlife Bribie before it was even advertised at the above asking price. Organised trades and cleaning and just made the process so simple. Thankyou Michelle. I’m one very happy seller.

Michelle helped us thru our sale & made our life extremely easy with her expert knowledge. She was very punctual with her appointments with us & what she said she would do for us she followed thru on it. We would definitely engage in having Michelle again & wish her only the very best in whatever she does.
