Michelle was not my first choice (big mistake) but as she came highly recommended from my builder I bowed to the pressure and asked Michelle to market our home. Best move we ever made. she made the whole experience of selling the property effortless and because of her and Tamaras' expertise the house sold at the first open house in under 30 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went out of her way to make the transition seamless. If anyone is contemplating selling their home it would be advisable to contact Michelle for her appraisal and marketing strategy. It worked so well for us and we are extremely happy.
