Due to my mothers need for aged care, arrangements had to be made quickly to enable payment for her position in the aged care facility to be made from the sale of her property. A Ray White flyer was found in my mothers mail box offering an obligation free quote on the value of her property. We took advantage of this offer, made contact with Michelle and in turn, enlisted Ray White as our selling agent after comparing with another local agent. This decision proved to be a very good choice as we had very little to time have the property sold so we could satisfy payment of a significant sum to my mother's aged care facility. Michelle, whilst working with her Manager, Michael Stack, reviewed all that was required in respect to marketing, identifying the correct sale price to aim for and being able to achieve a quick sale. A decision was made to put the property up for auction. Again this decision proved to be the correct course of action. During the three weeks marketing campaign Michelle was very thorough in her discussions with many interested parties. Michelle provided extensive feed back weekly and in so doing she identified the correct sale price to go to auction. Come auction day Michelle had five registered bidders. Michael Stack performed a well planned auction that found the sale price we wanted to achieve. A fantastic result.
