The board did not go up until 5 days after planned and advised. There was a delay in getting the copy written and over to me for checking and subsequently getting the house on realestate.com.au. and this copy was written by someone who had never set foot inside my house. These might be 'one-offs', but this is what happened to me. The conduct of entire team at open and private inspections was excellent and professional. These are the facts. Personally the client/agent relationship did not work for me.
