This is now the second time we have dealt with Michelle, firstly as a purchaser, property manager and now a vendor. Without doubt Michelle is one of the best agents in Victoria, if not in Australia and we have employed and dealt with hundreds over many decades. Michelle is one of the few who act in her vendors interests to achieve a satisfactory outcome or better whilst always treating her purchasers with great respect and regard. An excellent negotiator right down to her own fee for service which is a compliment; if you can't negotiate your own professional fee, how can you negotiate a good price for the vendor. Not only is she a fun girl, Michelle knows her property market and the idiosyncrasies of its people which gives her the edge over many of her competitors. In our view this lady and her husband Kent, along with their staff offer a very professional and personal boutique real estate service on the Mornington Peninsula that we would always highly recommend.
