Michelle’s vivacious personality and strong values are what make her arguably the most respected agent in the Lake Macquarie region. Michelle’s multi- award winning success is testament to this, being the first female in the Toronto, Rathmines and Wangi Wangi office to be welcomed in to The Captains Club (LJ Hookers national elite sales team – top 5%). With sales experience across a large range of residential and rural properties from lake side waterfronts and residential housing through to corporate agricultural farms, family, lifestyle and hobby farms, Michelle has the knowledge and experience to understand the specific need of her clients. Michelle takes great pride in her role, her honesty and integrity are notably her biggest assets. Her attention to detail and outstanding communication skills have seen Michelle excel in her role as Rural Specialist at LJ Hooker. Michelle attributes her hard negotiation skills and drive to succeed to her previous experience in blue-chip business management where she was responsible for managing over 10,000 contact centre agents across the Asia-Pacific. Michelle is extensively involved with the family agricultural enterprise located in the central west. Growing up in the country is where Michelle found her love of horses. Having competed in a range of horse disciplines and have recently returned to the sport of equestrian Michelle is an avid supporter of her local pony club and regional equestrian organisations.
