Managing access around a family health issue was never going to be straightforward, however, while Michelle had to adapt our marketing plan and create some self-assured magic that only experience delivers—she managed the interface between potential buyers and us, with professionalism and assurance.

Michelle was wonderful to work with when looking for a residential property in Noosa. She went the extra mile to show a range of properties to better enable us to decide what was right for us across many different criteria. Her patience and time was much appreciated. It would be nice if sellers were required to be upfront and open with the selling agent concerning various aspects of a house that were not in proper working order, e.g. alarm, lights, doorbell and skylight blinds. Our positive experience was a little let down in all of these areas after purchase. When contacted the seller was somewhat dismissive. Could have been more helpful.
