Highly professional and with meticulous attention to detail

We have both bought and sold through Michelle and her long-term experience of the local Noosa market and her expertise meant that we did not consider anybody else when we decided to market our Sunshine Beach property. We were also impressed by her whole marketing strategy; by the online advertising campaign including socials and photography; by the printed marketing leaflets and street-side sale board; by the follow-up reports on online hits and property inspections; and by her measured advice. She was in daily communication with us, which was reassuring as the sale process was further complicated by both the sellers and the buyers all being outside the country and in different time-zones at the contract stage, but Michelle calmly dealt with those obstacles!
