We were most impressed with both Michelle's local market knowledge, and of the idiosyncrasies of the property itself. It always presented well at the open for inspections thanks to her preparation and her passion for country properties was obvious in her suggestions as to how to maintain and improve it. Being interstate buyers she has been very helpful in her knowledge of local suppliers/tradespeople, and the real "test" is we dropped into the office yesterday to say hello... not something we would generally do, but the D&N Cooroy office with its "open door" is not your usual real estate office.
