Through over 10 years of rental management the property has been professionally & efficiently managed. The subsequent advertising & sale of the property ran very smoothly with no stress to us, above expected price achieved on sale in just a couple of months from tenant vacancy, through to repairs and eventual sale
I’ve known Michelle for 10 years and have never had a problem always a pleasure to work with and appreciate everything you have done
Michelle was very clear and honest with The purchase of my property. I had no Problem contacting her at any time even after hours. She has also offered to help with tenants. A very professional agent. Thank you so much. Billy Riddle
I purchased a villa from Michelle ten years ago. Once purchasing the unit Michelle was the agent charged with renting the villa out. Over the rental period Michelle excelled my expectations. One of the tenants left with the property in extremely poor condition. Michelle secured money from their bond as well as represented me at the tribunal resulting in obtaining further funds. Michelle recently sold the villa in one week and once again succeeded my expectation. Michelle is a great communicator with a helpful friendly nature. In every dealing Michelle had my best interests at heart. I thank Michelle sincerely and wish her every success in the future.

My partner and I recently purchased a property that Michelle was the agent for, we were pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process was with Michelle, she was friendly and easily contactable even after hours when less diligent agents may not have been. I will not hesitate in referring Michelle to any of my contacts to use and will definitely use her services if we decide to lease our property in the future.
My experience with Michelle was great very knowledgeable in the field. And would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell
