This is the first property that Michelle has sold for me and I would definitely use Michelle again in the future. Michelle has a great market knowledge of the local area which made it easy and convenient when listing the property. Everything was explained to me and the whole process went seamlessly. Michelle had always kept me in the loop on the sale process and provided timely updates after potential buyers inspected the property. With the covid-19 situation I was a bit worried about the sale, but Michelle still managed to get potentional buyers through to inspect the property in a safe manner.
