Michelle Welsh works Miracles!

We are totally indebted to Ms Welsh for the incredibly beautiful beachfront home we have in Trinity Beach, and other patience and understanding of the retirement lifestyle we wanted. Since we are both in our sixth decade but still working away, we have had many experiences, ok and truly terrible, of working with Real Estate professionals. These have included not only agents for ourselves as we moved, but also sadly agents to help with our deceased parents' homes. In the latter case, they were horrific vultures. Ms Welsh ( Michelle) was an astonishing break from the mould. When we contacted her about the first home we were interested in, and then realised that the maintenance and the mosquito hell of the trees would not work, she was wonderfully understanding. And when we told her our poor freezing Canberra kids really loved the beachfront place we were staying in, Michelle produced the Miracle of a one who was willing to sell. And with Michelle's superb negotiations, we are now the happiest owners? campers!. It is stunning, airy, fresh, safe beach, wonderful pool. Last comment is that Michelle intuits the lifestyle you are looking for, for yourselves and also family. That is rare and to be treasured!
