Over the last 30 years I have got to know and deal with lots of Real Estate agents. Most of them can be very pushy and are only interested in themselves in terms of quickly selling a property in order to obtain their commission and reach their sales KPA's. With regards to Michelle I found her to be very sociable to deal with and very understanding of my needs. She has excellent communication skills which is evident in the video presentation of the property that I purchased. She acted in a professional manner and kept me informed on any requirements of the contract. If I am in a position to sell I would definitely use her and would recommend her to other sellers.
