I sent an enquiry to Ray White North Lakes and got a phone back within 48 hours. The phone call was from Michelle, a lovely, outgoing and enthusiastic realtor. From the very first discussion I could tell I wanted her to sell my place. Michelle went above and beyond my expectations. She has this energy to draw people in and that’s what she did to sell my place. Thank you for all your hard work. Highly recommend Michelle to anyone selling there house.

Communication made easy for a simple transaction.

Michelle was extremely helpful and accommodating after some poor experience elsewhere, I really thought she was on my side. She always responded promptly to any queries even after the sale was made.

excellent service. .

Michelle was fantastic. She was there the whole way, kept great communication and was very efficient. She definitely made the whole experience positive and smooth.

We were first referred to Michelle over four years ago, and her enthusiasm & appreciation for our property and home felt so genuine, we knew any buyer would feel the same after talking to her. And so four years later when we finally decided to sell, Michelle was still the first & only person who came to mind. Within six weeks of us even contacting Michelle our home was ready, listed, under contract and Unconditional for a very impressive sale price! Michelle guided us every step of the way and was always accessible, knowledgeable and happy to hear from us. We could not have had a better experience selling our pride and joy and will be forever grateful to have had Michelle by our side throughout the process. She is a very professional, friendly, superstar Agent. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle is friendly, organised & has such great energy and communication skills. She went above & beyond to resolve several hiccups with the buyers, including immediately prior to settlement. Michele is one of only a few truly professional, trustworthy real estate agents we can confidently recommend in North Lakes. Thank-you Michelle!

Amazing work by Michelle, made selling our property a breeze with friendly and professional work.

Michelle was absolutely brilliant in the sale of our property in Strathpine. She was always so warm, friendly and open with her communication in regards to everything. No question was ever to silly or hard to answer. Would recommend her a millions times over!

Michelle was new at the time we dealt with her but was more than happy with her helpfulness, knowledge and determination to help sell our property. Shaz and I would highly recommend Michelle.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our first home due to Michelle’s bubbly and warm personality. She was approachable, supportive and professional throughout the entire process.

Michelle absolutely exceeded our expectations as an agent. This is our third property purchase and Michelle has by far been the stand-out agent! She has an amazing personality and is funny, bubbly, professional and genuine. We purchased from out of state and Michelle's communication from our first enquiry and throughout the purchase made us feel that she had a lot of time for us, and was sure to answer all of our questions no matter how simple or complex. We never felt like just another sale. Her knowledge of the local area and current market is outstanding and extremely helpful. Michelle was transparent and proactive during each step which made for a seamless acquisition. We would not hesitate to use Michelle in the future for buying or selling. We have, and will continue to recommended all our family, friends, friends of friends and anyone who will listen, to Michelle.
