When we decided to sell my mother's house I asked for proposals from 3 different agents. Michelle's proposal was the only one of the 3 that suggested an auction. I was not a big fan of the auction process. I thought it cost more and what if no one turned up on the day or no bids were taken. However Michelle's proposal was the most comprehensive of the 3 and she went on to explain very clearly why the auction process was the best for this property.
