Sale of 58 William Street Box Hill From the moment when I first met Michelle and Ian I felt that I was the most important client they had interviewed over the entire week. Their attitude was immediately friendly and they both appeared genuinely interested in the situation regarding my sister and the reason for the impending sale of her home. When I later received the campaign brochure I was amazed at the amount of detail, not only about my sister’s home but the general Box Hill area including important living amenities such as schools, thus making me even more certain that I had chosen the right people and organisation likely to ensure a satisfactory sale. During all this time I was kept fully informed of any interest shown by prospective buyers, the general sales valuations and potential in the area particularly in relation to the location of my sister’s property. Michelle & her partner Ian acted as our agent in the recent sale of our property in Box Hill South. Property sale prospects at the time were not good. Both Michelle & Ian worked very hard to bring prospective buyers to inspect the property. During this time they kept in close contact to keep us and updated after every inspection day. They also arranged tradesmen for some painting etc. on our behalf. As we live out of Melbourne this was a great help. On auction day they did a great job working with any would be buyers. Bidding was very slow but with their excellent skills and hard work they arranged a sale for above our reserve. An excellent outcome.
