How does a purchaser rate a vendor’s agent? In our Sydney sale I would have been disappointed if our agent had the purchaser’s interests at heart – I wanted maximum sale price. Having said that, the fact that our Sydney agent seemed to have an excellent rapport with key purchasers turned out to be a definite advantage. If I had to sell in the future I’d chose Michelle because I think she is very good in establishing rapport and conducts herself in a very professional. I also think that she works hard to maximize the price.
