Mick is always very positive to deal with. He is the agent we always go to because we know he is always working hard for us as the sellers. Again he proved his conscientious attitude by staying up most of the night to negotiate with the buyer who had gone overseas. We received a message at 3am to say he had a contract at a price and conditions we were happy with. The whole process was very smooth and worry free. We can’t recommend Mick highly enough.

When the photos would be taken, when the sign would go up, possible inspection times, open home times, accurate feedback from the open homes, offers that had been submitted and feedback with those offers. When we agreed on the sale price, we were comfortable with your recommendation that this was the highest price you had been able to negotiate with the buyers. Zach, you have consistently remembered us at open homes even before our listing with you. Whatever house we mentioned, you had the knowledge and always gave us feedback.
