Mick actually listens, keeps you fully informed all along the way, responds promptly to questions and requests, and he doesn't over-hype the situation. His assessment of the market and prospective buyers was detailed and well informed. His approach to marketing the property was down to earth, sound, and effective. The promotional aspects of photography, printing and signage were very professional, as was the way the online aspects of the sale were managed. He knew which aspects of the property would be most sought after and carefully targeted those in the promotional material. He handle the prospect of multiple buyers well, and put our interest first rather than just aiming for a sale as the primary goal. In terms of the legal aspects, his advice was always in line with our solicitor's recommendations. We were pleased with the result, but more importantly we were pleased with the smoothness and low levels of stress he brought to what can be a very tense and fraught process.
