We were quite satisfied with the agent's professionalism, preparedness to achieve the outcome, and personable manner. There have been a few glitches with the process, as we have learned more about the property - the fact that it lies within a Heritage Conservation Area, being one area which we thought should have been clarified to us. The Building Inspection report was, with hindsight, of limited value. The other issues - "wear and tear" damage from recent tenant occupancy, the non-working electrics (H/W system, Air/Con, Oven) have more to do with "Let the Buyer Beware". Overall, reasonably satisfied with the service.
