The first thing that impressed me with Butterfield Property was their follow up. Of the 3 Agencies I contacted for a property appraisal, Mick's office called me the most and kept me well informed as to how they saw current market conditions. Mick clearly explained where he thought our property would fit and the buyer profile that would be interested in the property. He is well spoken and confident in his business, and knew what strategy he would employ for the best outcome for all parties. Obviously this paid off achieving a great result for us in a reasonable amount of time, ie not being on the market too long becoming a stale listing, and with a happy buyer. at a price point we were happy with.
