Mick Dolphin and his team from First National (Cockatoo) provided a very professional service while selling my home. Mick and Emily Hudson met me at my home to provide an evaluation. They were both friendly and approachable and honest in the ball park figure they provided for my home which was important to me. I found their level of experience in the industry reassuring and it certainly showed that they both knew the area well. They explained everything to me, in a way that was easy to understand. I was impressed that they care about doing a very professional job, responded to all queries very promptly and are very thorough in the detail. Janet Hawkins from First National was wonderful when setting up for photos of the home, calmly helped with rearranging furniture and being so kind and understanding of the anxiety that is sometimes involved with getting ready for market.
