To make the deal happen and agent should be able to manage the expectation from both sides. To make the whole process efficient and compliant, he should be highly organized in correspondance management between parties. So lucky for me, Mick tick all the boxes and we finish the settlement within 30 days of contract signing. Here is all my appreciations and thanks to Mick and his team.
