We saw a house online that we thought would suit us perfectly. We had planned on downsizing from our house, and block of land, to something smaller but wanted to remain in the area. We saw a house that suited us perfectly but in order to buy it we needed to sell both our house and land ( seperate titles ) and do it quickly. However we still wanted a fair price for our property. Mick gave us the knowledge and the confidence to proceed - making each step sound achievable. He struck very fair deals with us as both purchasers and vendors and kept us informed every step of the way.
