Prompt and excellent communication and feedback

We were trying to sell an acreage property and older house in a market where the interest rates were rising dramatically, therefore buyers were very hesitant. It did take a while to sell but Mick and his team were always trying their best for us. We had people through every weekend, so the advertising strategy was getting interested parties coming. We received feedback after every open and had excellent communication when the sale strategy needed to be reviewed. I would highly recommend Mick and his team.

Mick's local market knowledge was excellent. His approach however was very much by-the-numbers and made too many assumptions and generalisations. He became indifferent and somewhat patronising over time after the first prospective buyer withdrew, with communication dropping off. We ended up finalising negotiations with our ultimate buyer ourselves. On top of this, one specific instance of Mick's sleazy behaviour was very disturbing.

Mick Dolphin is highly knowledgeable in the real estate market and without even hearing of his years of experience as an estate agent, when you sit down to discuss your estate plan you will know he is an expert in his field. He also, not only is brilliant at selling homes, but in taking care of the buyers of the properties (I sold my home via his expertise and he explained buyers situations and why he thought they should or should not make offers based on their needs, not just my own). He sees the importance of selling to the right people. He cares about making good choices and helping others do so too. He is a compassionate man and looks at everyones individual situation, in whom also guides with his wisdom from years of doing the best. He has a great multidisciplinary team who are all experts in their field and maintains and creates brilliant communication between all involved so that you will always be informed and educated in what is involved in the processes ahead. He is trustworthy and reliable, and from all I witnessed, is selective to only work with people with the same virtuous values. I cannot fault him.
