A good experience with everything going to plan

Mick Evans is very easy to work with. He has a good knowledge of the current real estate market and was very positive and proactive in all his dealings with us and all parties relating to our investment property ie. current tenants, property manager, strata company, etc. His communication was excellent. He kept us up to date after each “home open” and regularly checked in with us. He followed up every lead and kept us informed of any potential interest and worked hard to secure a good sale. At all times and in all our interaction with Mike he was very professional yet still personable and easy to approach and communicate with. We would highly recommend Mike to any prospective seller (or buyer) based on our experience.
