He gave us good advice when making our offer and followed up promptly with the owner. He stayed in touch throughout the sale process and the Realway staff also followed up to ensure everything was on track with reminders of key dates and processes we needed to follow. He was happy to be available for additional inspections and gave us a detailed handover of the property once the sale was complete. We have bought several properties prior to this one, but this was the easiest and smoothest process we have experienced.
