Mick was always available to talk about the processes and was more than happy to meet me at the house and gave sound advice. He is knowledgeable about the buying process and has a lovely caring nature. Settlement was delayed 3 times and took twice as long as agreed due to the sellers circumstances, Mick was reassuring throughout the process.
