While initially, we had good communication with Mick re opens, this was not the case once an offer was received. He was impatient and dismissive of our questions and concerns about the conditions and due to using an incorrect email address, did not send the offer contract to all parties for review and did not acknowledge the problem was their error, which took several days to resolve. In the end, he pressured us to accept an offer we did not feel was the best we could do by refusing to hold further opens and we do not feel he acted in our best interest. Even when we raised these concerns with him, he dismissed them.
