Everything was great regarding her market knowledge, and the way she talked to us. But the problem was when we specifically wanted to do the sold sticker thing. She said yes. And then went and did it on her own. Not everyday people buy houses. That was something special. We wanted to do with our kid. But it was a very big disappointment. When we went there. And it was already done. Genuinely disappointed. And we weren’t even informed prior that it was already done.

As I mentioned yesterday the owners were excited and wanted to do the sold sticker.
To which I apologised and offered to remove the sticker and have a new one for you guys to put on at hand over today, so your family could have that special moment too. To which you repeatedly told me no.
So sorry again and if it is something you guys are wanting to do, more than happy to meet you back at the property to do that for you, as offered yesterday.
