As a first-time home buyer, I found the overall process to be positive and well-managed. While there were several steps and a fair amount of paperwork involved, which I understand is necessary, it was occasionally a bit confusing. However, communication was good, especially through email, and the experience was generally smooth. We learned a lot along the way, and we appreciate all the support. There’s always room for improvement, but overall, it was a good experience. Thank you!
