I generally don't say negative about anyone write writing reviews, but unfortunately, I need to be very honest with my experience here. If you are buying a property then I won't recommend Mikayla as your agent, the only thing she will do is just try to sell no matter how the property is. During the inspection she promised/commented few things which were absolutely lie, that we realised after putting a deposit. In final inspection she just tried showing everything is working, and later we found none of those items were working, she also said she only have 10 minutes so didn't allow us to check everything properly as she said she already checked it by herself. I found 4 out of 4 things she confirmed, were either not working or not even checked, later I had to pay extra to fix those. Absolutely frustrated with her unprofessionalism. I would suggest use any other agent from this agency but not Mikayla. Team Pratik is amazing and highly recommended, but I found Mikayla is highly unprofessional when you are trying to buy any property through her. This is my experience which I shared. Just a quick advice to Mikayla, no matter how much you work for commission, you need to be very honest (and professional) at your work. Take this advice for your long-term career.

Mikayla was exactly the agent I was looking for to sell my late mother's 50 year old home. Not only did she compliment & acknowledge all our hard work in preparing the property but i found her genuinely compassionate & ready to support in whatever we needed. The property was sold off market within days of obtaining the keys for a sale price that net our expectation on the high end with a short settlement. The process was smooth, straight forward with excellent communication, customer service & professionalism.
