We had an interesting and challenging sale process. Half way through the marketing period, the world took a turn and the auction wasn't good. Perseverance afterwards and more opens then found a buyer and contracts exchanged and then settled. A great result for all thanks to Matthew's negotiations, good communications and market knowledge amongst other attributes that combined to complete the sale. Thanks to Mikayla's attendance at opens and styling assistance on the days, also to Brian for his attendance and help with the opens.
