We employed Mike Althaus to sell our home on the recommendation of a friend. Mike was very professional throughout a difficult sale. The buyers demands were at times over the top including 4 extensions and demands for a contribution towards a termite barrier treatment when no termites were found in the home. .The advice he gave us was critical to us making the right decisions. The scathing review made by the buyer on Mikes performence was in our opinion unwarranted and completely devoid of the actual facts. We believe the buyer was trying to get out of the contract once they had seen the home without any of the beautiful furnishings and expensive paintings. The way Mike had written the contract protected our interests and the buyer was forced to settle. I am sure Mike was not trying to disadvantage the buyer but as he kept reminding us he was working for us not the buyer. We will have no hesitation in employing Mike as our sales agent in the future. I

I first met Mike back in the mid 80's and this is the first contact I have had with him since then. He's very dedicated and focused on what he does. One point I would like to make, leopard doesn't change its spots. He's still the same pleasant person to-day as he was back then.

We were very happy with Mikes handling of the sale of our property. Most importantly was that Mike did what he said he would do.
