If mike didn't return back to ray white I wouldn't have sold my house though them. For the last 14 years mike has keep in touch with me no matter where he was working. If mike was working in a different realestate company I would have went though them. I've been renting my house out for the last 14 years and in the last 4 to 5 years of it,ray white have been hopeless in looking after my house in crest park. No one gave a shit and no one had any idea what was go on with it. Lack of communication and advising the tenants they could do what they like eg: putting a veggie patch in my lawn without asking me etc. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent there house though raywhite. Ps mike had nothing to do with the rental part of it. U done extremely well mike cheers.
