Having dealt with multiple real estate agents in the past, Mike and Trent were certainly a breath of fresh air. Multisell's openness and honesty throughout the entire purchase process, certainly made the entire buying process a good experience. I met Mike at the house I purchased. Hadn't even thought about buying or selling at the time, and was impressed with his professionalism and manner at the time. All meetings were on time, everything was clear, no hidden costs, all explained and open, so there were no hidden surprises. Having bought a few properties over the years, I had always dealt with the real estate agent with the big sell. Always over promised and under delivered. This was not the case. Everything was explained, I trusted his strategy. It was new, different, but boy did it work for me. The staff are a pleasure to deal with, always keeping you up to date. And yep! I've settled, moved and now I just wish Mike would come round and unpack lol. But there are somethings I need to do myself. From my family...a big thank you.
