Eventually the Auction commenced and all were interest in the outcome. There was mainly two bidders in the end fighting it out to gain the property, until one party went higher and the other party dropped out. Property was sold and the new owners were very happy and delighted they were able to gain this beautiful property in the best part of North Balwyn, close to transport, shops, school, sports areas, medical, dental etc. in their portfolio with many opinions for this stunning property in the future due to its position.
