We looked into a couple of different agents to sell our two investment properties, but we decided to go with Magain's because of Mike's recommended sales strategy. He'd had great success before and it proved successful yet again for both of our properties which were on the market for less than a month. But the thing that really impressed us - and that put us at ease in a potentially very stressful situation - was how the Magain team handled the negotiation. We were surprised to find that one of our properties had a few unexpected issues when the potential purchaser conducted a builders report. But somehow Mike managed to negotiate a win/win outcome and the purchaser still purchased the home! No doubt about it - we couldn't have done it without them and there was absolutely zero stress involved for us. The way it should be! Thanks again Magain team.

Have a couple of issues with appliances etc need to communicate soon

Great experience purchasing through Magain. Sam, Zoe & Mike made sure everything ran smoothly and were very friendly and approachable. They also showed the same professionalism when I purchased and sold my old house. I would highly recommend and would happily deal with Magain again.

We were very impressed with the initial professionalism of the Magain team. We signed immediately for this reason and the valuation we were given on our home. Unfortunately we did find problems with being unable to contact our agent and felt there was a lot of communication issues in regard to open inspections and having phone calls returned. We also did face continual reductions in our homes advertised price and in the end settled on over $30000 less than originally valued by the Magain agent after over 12 weeks on the market. Our experience was lessened by the fact that we felt that our house not selling sooner, lost the interest of the agent and we became a non priority. We do however thank the efforts of the young lads that did in the end sell our property.
