A licensed real estate agent with a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management). Mike joined O’Neil Real Estate after 22 years as a senior executive with Westpac Banking Corporation. Whilst with Westpac he held state management roles in the areas of property, personnel and premises as well as commercial and residential lending which saw him handle the transition to real estate 21 years ago. His expertise has contributed significantly to the growth of O’Neil Real Estate particularly in the selling of larger estates, residential unit developments and commercial developments.

Great Agent & even better Assistant

We first went & had a look at this house with Abbey & she was incredible. She knew her stuff & answered any questions we threw at her. She was very friendly & our first impressions of her won us over & we had to put an offer on this house. Mike was great when it came to writing up out offer he told us how it was & didn't tip toe around anything we asked. He gave us great professionalism. Most of our other dealings were done through Abbey & we cannot Thank her enough, she was amazing, friendly, very easy to talk to & deal with. She has a very bright future ahead of her. Always Available
