An expert who knows the market

We decided to sell our property with Mike after talking with numerous other agents on the Sunshine Coast. We felt that from the very start of the process Mike was honest with us about the market and the price we should expect to achieve. This made the decision to go with Mike a harder choice given a number of other agents communicated a much higher price. After careful consideration we came to the conclusion that Mike was being considered and honest with us and giving us the reality of the market up front even if it cost him the listing. Our sale took about 5 weeks and we ended up getting exactly the price that Mike communicated to us from the start. I must add that this was after exploring the market to gauge price in a very creative way. We don't live in Australia which put a little more complexity into our sale. This didn't phase Mike at all. he was on point, professional, responsive and communicative the entire time. Indeed, he went over and above for us on more than one occasion. We would recommend Mike to anyone considering buying or selling on the Sunshine Coast. He lives in the market, gets the market, has the network and connections and is a no BS operator.
