We were moving house and into the next phase of our lives. Time to downsize! After living and raising our children in the family home of nearly 40 years, it was a daunting experience. We needed guidance and someone we felt we could trust. Mike and his team were always on hand to help and guide, reassure us and importantly, keep us up to date with the state of play. We could call and be sure of a return call in a very short time. They were always there when we needed answers and help. They handled the open inspections beautifully, treating our home and us with respect. We were always totally at ease handing over the house to them. Cheerful and considerate, never minding when we needed information or clarification on any point. must have seemed simple questions. The house sold quite quickly, a couple of hiccups along the way, totally not their fault though! We always felt they were 'on our side'. The support and communication we got was so important and a vital point for us. Thanks Guys.
